Vocal Motive is a Chattanooga based voice therapy practice providing local, high quality solutions for voice patients. Partnering with local ENTs, we provide a local option for patients without the need to travel long distances.

Holly Polino is a Speech-Language Pathologist with 19 years of experience serving patients in the greater Chattanooga area. Committed to providing high quality treatment, she enables patients to restore their ability in vocational and social activities.  

She has been certified in Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES) since 2006, Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT) voice treatment since 2008, and maintains up to date training on the most recent methods and research. She is licensed in both Tennessee and Georgia in addition to being a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA).

Having worked as an SLP for almost two decades in a broad range of work environments, she understands the continuum of care. Successfully treating speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing in both pediatric and adult settings, she is well versed to fascilitate your speech and voice therapy needs.
